Following the completion of multiple sport science and biomechanics essays during my PGA training, I was intrigued how consistent golf specific training could impact and improve my game.
I started a regime of golf specific training with my good friend and personal trainer, Jack Gilbert, at the start of 2021 with the goals of reducing injury and increasing mobility.
